Sha'nece Austin is a certified Health Coach dedicated to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. Her journey in the health and wellness field began in 2015 when she embarked on a personal mission to transform her own life through better nutrition and self-care. She was able to heal herself through the power of food and felt compelled to share it with her community! Over the years, Sha'nece has gained extensive knowledge and experience, which she now shares with her clients to guide them toward a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
Sha'nece is passionate about client-centered coaching, emphasizing the importance of understanding each person's unique needs and challenges. Sha'nece is on a mission to bring healthy options to her community and is actively involved in initiatives that promote better access to nutritious foods. She serves on the board to bring a co-op grocery store to the community of Trenton, a project aimed at providing affordable and healthy food choices to local residents.
