Youth Nutrition Workshop

Youth Nutrition Workshop, designed for youth aged 6 and up! This engaging and educational workshop will take place in a fun, interactive setting where students will learn how to prepare healthy versions of their favorite snacks and meals. Throughout the workshop, we’ll roll up our sleeves and dive into tactile learning, with kids actively participating in the cooking process. From chopping vegetables to mixing ingredients, each child will have the opportunity to experience the joys of cooking firsthand. We believe that hands-on activities are the best way to learn, and our goal is to make healthy cooking exciting and accessible for everyone.

But this workshop is about more than just cooking delicious food. While we cook, I'll be sharing valuable nuggets of wisdom about nutrition and whole-body wellness. Kids will learn about the importance of balanced diets, understanding food labels, and making smart food choices. We’ll discuss how different foods impact our bodies, the benefits of fruits and vegetables, and the importance of hydration.

By the end of this workshop, each young participant will have a newfound confidence in the kitchen and a better understanding of how to nourish their bodies. Our goal is to inspire a lifelong love for healthy cooking and eating, empowering kids to make choices that support their growth and well-being.
